We are a developing small consulting business in the nuclear environmental field with interests in radioactive waste disposal, contaminated land and assessing the impact of radionuclides in the environment. To meet the demands of existing work and to expand our range of work, we are looking for highly capable individuals who would be interested in working with us as Associates or Employees.

We are looking for collaborative ways of working, potentially involving some sharing of risk and reward. Considerable flexibility would be offered in terms of working arrangements and location.

We are looking for individuals with relevant previous experience, which would include some of the following:

• assessing the impact of radionuclides in the environment or the development of related numerical models;
• mathematical modelling;
• safety assessment of repositories;
• developing waste management strategies and options assessment;
• managing technical projects and programmes;
• developing new business.
